O
The
Object of My Affection
- Aniston and Rudd do their best here but sometimes
it isn't good enough.
O
Brother Where Art Thou? - The Coens offer up some
of the most charming and refreshing dialogue to grace
a film, well, since "Fargo."
Ocean's
11 - If it hadn't already been called "Ocean's 11,"
it would surely be entitled "Suave Motherfuckers."
Ocean's
12 - Stylized cool with a shitload of fun thrown
in.
The Ogre - Covers the complexities that drives
men's souls, this wavering between good and evil.
Off
the Map - A wholly engrossing, totally beautiful,
amazing and unique film.
The
Oh in Ohio - What the film is doing here is making
the film that John Waters should have made instead of
"A Dirty Shame."
Oldboy
- One of the most amazing, mind-boggling, cool, and
creative films to see the light of day since "Pulp Fiction."
Old
School - Is unstoppable in its humor.
The
Omega Man - It wants to be about how modern science,
art and technology has caused the end of his existence.
It wants to say a lot of these types of very "70's"
things and fails pretty miserably.
Once
Upon a Time in Mexico - Vastly entertaining and
wildly enthralling.
One
from the Heart - The title of this Francis Ford
Coppola clunker implies honesty, sentiment, and emotional
resonance, none of which this film has.
One
Hour Photo - Like a family snapshot in reverse.
101
Rent Boys - This film meanders all over the place
with not a coherent thought in sight.
102 Dalmatians
- Is a rather dismal pointless affair that, like "Home
Alone 2" simply reiterates the plot points and thematic
elements of the original.
One
True Thing - 2 hours and 20 minutes of watching
Rene Zellwinger's lip twitch tends to get monotonous.
Ong-Bak:
The Thai Warrior - Wow! Fuck an A! Wow!
Open
House - This film has so many problems with visuals
and sound that it is nearly unwatchable.
Open
Range - Epic, gracious, thoughtful, stunning and
gorgeous.
Open
Water - Will leave you swimming in a pool of wanting.
The
Operator - What nameless, faceless, pointless character
will next be used as a villain?
Orange
County - It has heart and soul and imagination and
a hell of a lot of laughs.
Orgazmo
- Why does this film have such a bad rap? This film
is hilarious.
Orgy of the Dead - Combines
22 minutes of Ed Wood Jr's inane dialogue with 60 minutes
of topless titty dancers circa 1965.
The
Original Kings of Comedy - Motherfucking funny?
You bet you motherfucking ass it is!
Original
Gangstas - A silly, badly made, street film from
the 90's made enjoyable by the plethora of stars within
it's frames.
OT:
Our Town - Reminds us of the power of the arts.
And how much we have lost by not making the arts available
to young people.
Outfoxed
- 90 minutes of Fox New Network at its very right-winged
worst and that alone makes it interesting.
Out
Cold - Some of the most hackenyed and standard hijinx
from Sophomoric Film Farce 101.
Out
Of Sight -
Clooney and Lopez have that old fashioned chemistry
that movie producers dream about.
Outside Providence -
"Screw the younger generation! This is my movie."
Overnight
- At the center of the film is Duffy, a fat, pompous,
drunken blowhard who makes for great footage.
Owning
Mahoney - A simple story about obsession and myopia
that allows one man to totally destroy his life by his
addiction.
