Knock Off (1998)

Stupid Jean Calude Van Damme vehicle that has only one thing going for it - a remarkable visual sense. Van Damme pulls off some Jackie Chan style footwork but it is the director's decision to make the film look like a comic book that really works, sort of a live action anime film. Now, this device doesn't always succeed but it is all the film has. Well, Van Damme spends some time in his underwear too!
